a) Enquiry via the contact form or by email
When you submit an enquiry, the data you provide will be processed for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
b) Booking / Accommodation contract
When you make a booking, we process the data necessary to fulfil the contract (name, address, date of birth, length of stay, payment details). Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
c) Newsletter subscription
If you subscribe to our newsletter, the data you provide will be processed for the purpose of marketing our products and services. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in each newsletter email or by sending an informal email.
3. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose or for billing purposes, or if you have given your prior consent. Recipients may include: our accounts/tax advisers, booking systems (e.g. Hugo hotel software), payment service providers, and public authorities (under the Registration Act).

6. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files that are stored on your device when you visit the website. Cookies make it easier to navigate the site and help tailor the website to your interests. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Google Analytics 4
Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We have enabled IP anonymisation: your IP address is truncated within the EU/EEA before being transmitted. We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Google. 8. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to ensure consistent font display. When you visit a page, your browser downloads the required fonts from Google’s servers. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
9. Open-Meteo (weather data)
On the ‘Guest Information’ and ‘Morgenpost’ pages, we incorporate live weather data from Open-Meteo GmbH (Switzerland). When you access these pages, your IP address is transmitted to Open-Meteo. According to Open-Meteo, it does not store IP addresses. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
10. Google Maps (link)
Our website contains links to external map and route services, in particular Google Maps. The maps are currently embedded not. You will only be redirected to Google when you click on a Maps link — from that point onwards, Google’s privacy policy applies.
11. Hosting & Server Log Files
Our website is hosted by All-Inkl.com (Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). Technical server log files are recorded each time the site is accessed (IP address, browser type, timestamp, URL accessed). This data is used solely for security purposes and is deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
