Our rules of the game

Your pet is very welcome here. To ensure that everyone – guests, children, parents and four-legged friends – can enjoy a relaxing holiday, we ask that you observe a few rules.
Food bowl and blanket
As a little extra touch, we’re happy to provide you with a blanket and a food bowl. Please leave these items in the room when you check out, so that the next four-legged guests can also have a comfortable stay.
Access to certain areas of the hotel
For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in all areas of the hotel. Please understand that access is not permitted to the following areas: the dining room, childcare rooms, Pirate Land, the fitness area and the wellness area. In the garden area, we have set up a dedicated space for your dog — complete with a portable paddling pool, a drinking station and a relaxation area.
Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the hotel premises
Please keep your dog on a lead throughout the hotel. This helps to ensure that all guests feel comfortable — including children, other families and other two- or four-legged friends.
Muzzles must be worn in the bar and games area
Dogs must wear a muzzle in the bar area and the play area. This is for the safety of all guests, particularly children, and helps to ensure a relaxed atmosphere for everyone at the hotel.
Sleeping area in the room
We would ask you to let your dog sleep in the designated spot in the room – on the blanket or in the dog bed. The hotel beds are reserved for owners and their little holiday guests.
If your pet is left alone in the room
If your pet is left alone in the room, please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of the door. This way, our housekeeping staff will know and won’t wake your pet. In this case, please arrange a suitable time for room cleaning at reception.
Dog waste bags and disposal
We provide dog waste bags free of charge. Please make sure you use them and dispose of them in the bins provided around the building.
After playing and running about
If your dog needs a quick shower after playing, running about or going for a walk, you can use the hose in the garden.
In wet weather
If it gets wet outside, the reception staff will be happy to give you a towel to dry off with.
Play area
Pets are allowed on the playground, provided that all guests feel comfortable and no complaints are made. Please take particular care of children, other families and the requirement to keep pets on a lead in this area.
Damage to the room
Should anything in the room be damaged, we will pass on the repair costs in full. Please therefore take good care of your pet and the furnishings.
