Offer period
This offer is valid for 24 hours from the time of dispatch and is subject to availability. Once this period has expired, prices and availability may change. A binding reservation is only confirmed following written confirmation from Familienhotel Trebesingerhof and, where agreed, upon receipt of the deposit.
Deposit
Upon confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 30 per cent of the total booking price is due (bank transfer or credit card). The balance is to be paid on arrival or departure (cash, card, EC).
Cancellation periods
Off-season
Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, 50 per cent of the total price will be charged; from 2 days before arrival, 90 per cent of the total price will be charged.
Off-season
Cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. After that, 50 per cent, 70 per cent or, on the day of arrival, 90 per cent of the total price will be charged.
Peak season · Holiday periods
Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. After that, 40 per cent, 70 per cent or, from 7 days before arrival, 90 per cent of the total price will be charged.
No-shows and early departures
In both cases, 90 per cent of the total price booked will be charged.
Definition of a season
- Peak season: Christmas, New Year’s Eve, the mid-term and February holidays, the Easter holidays, Whitsun, July, August, the autumn holidays, and busy public holiday weekends.
- Mid-season: Regular peak seasons with steady demand, but without the peak holiday demand.
- Low season: Clearly, periods of low demand outside of school holidays, public holidays and peak package holiday seasons.
