What family activities are currently on offer? +

We currently offer three family packages: the ‘Parents’ Time’ Family Week (8 days / 7 nights, until 30 June 2026), the ‘Family Week with Free Time’ including wine tasting and a guided tour of the Haus des Staunens (8 days / 7 nights, 4 July–1 August 2026) and the Mum & Dad Mini-break (3 days / 2 nights, until 30 June 2026). All three include designated parent time-outs — whilst the children play under supervision in Kids Club.

What is included in our family packages? +

Included in both packages: GENUSS All Inclusive (breakfast, mid-afternoon snack, coffee and cake, a 6-course dinner plus a children’s buffet), childcare by the hour for children aged 3 and over in Kids Club, full access to the water park with its 100-metre slide and Pirate Land, as well as the designated ‘parent time-outs’ for spa treatments, a coffee for two or a walk.
