What is included in the price? +

All-inclusive: breakfast buffet, midday snack with coffee and cake, 6-course evening meal with a choice of dishes, drinks from the buffet with all meals. Plus Day Spa, water park, Kids Club, Wi-Fi, car park, Carinthia Card in summer.

Are drinks really included? +

Water, juices, coffee, tea and our buffet drinks with all meals: yes. Cocktails and wine from the bar menu are available at an extra charge — but the usual hotel glass of wine with your meal is included.

Who is the flat rate applicable to? +

The standard booking is for a family of four — two adults with two children up to the age of 17. Children are included in the price at no extra charge. You’re also very welcome to bring adult children or grandparents — just drop us a quick line and we’ll put together a fair offer for you.

What is NOT included in the price? +

Massages (from €60 for 50 mins), Cocktails and wine à la carte, dogs (€15–30 per day plus €30 for final cleaning), candlelit dinner surcharge (€15), Kärnten Card in winter, equipment hire such as mountain bikes or skis.

When are the company holidays? +

Twice a year: 8 November–18 December 2026 (autumn) and 4 April–21 May 2027 (spring). The house is closed during these periods.

Can I still get the Kärnten Card in winter? +

No, the Carinthia Card is valid from May to October inclusive. You’ll hardly need it in winter, as most mountain railways have their own ski pass schemes.

Are a travel cot and a high chair included? +

Yes, both are free of charge. A travel cot is already in the room, and high chairs are available in the restaurant. There are nappy-changing tables in the restaurant and in most rooms.

Bathrobe and sauna towel? +

Bathrobes, pool towels and sauna towels are all available at reception — free of charge for all hotel guests.

How much does the Kids Club cost? +

Included in the price — entertainment, craft materials, toys. Babysitting outside Kids’ Club hours is subject to an additional charge.
