We are delighted to welcome you to Familienhotel Trebesingerhof. Below you'll find the most important information for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Our reception team is always happy to help if you have any questions.

The area directly in front of the hotel entrance is reserved exclusively for loading and unloading. The regular parking spaces are located back along the main road: turn right and you'll find them after about 100 metres on the left-hand side. Our team will gladly help you find your way. For your luggage, handy trolleys are available right by the entrance so you can unload everything comfortably.

Reception is open for you daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. During these hours, we're happy to give you advice, information and personal recommendations. If your room card stops working outside of reception hours, please contact our team at the bar or service area. 📞 Hotel reception: +43 4732 / 2350 The main entrance door is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Outside these hours, you can enter the building with your room card.

Check-in: Your room is ready from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Even after check-out, you are welcome to continue using the play areas and the pool & spa area — subject to availability and our house rules. Early check-in before 3:00 p.m. or late check-out after 10:00 a.m. are available on request and subject to availability, for an extra charge — just ask at reception.

Our dining times are as follows: • Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. • Lunch snack & cake: 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. • Dinner: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — we dine together, families and adults alike. Coffee, juices from the juice bar and scoops of ice cream are included and available during restaurant hours. For breakfast and dinner, your assigned table in the dining room is reserved for you. For the lunch snack you are free to choose any table in the restaurant.

Our bar is open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. On request, an evening programme can also be shown on the projector.

At the TUI Kids Club, your children can look forward to a varied programme of childcare and activities. Please sign up directly at the Kids Club using your kids pass. • Childcare for children aged 3 and up: daily from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The following areas are available to you and your children, depending on the programme: • Kids Club: open access all day · supervised 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. • Pirate Land: 8:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., open access • Crawling room: open access with your room card • Teen room: for older children aged 8 and up, next to Pirate Land, with leisure activities such as foosball, table tennis and a games table

Rackets and balls for table tennis, volleyball, football and badminton are available free of charge at reception. A deposit of EUR 10.00 will be added to your room account when you check them out, and of course it's removed again when you return them. Billiard cues are also available at reception. Board games for young and old are available free of charge in the shop at reception or at the bar. The fitness room is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and can be reached via the inner courtyard.

The indoor pool and the outdoor pool are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Our sauna area is freely accessible to guests aged 16 and over from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. From 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the sauna can be booked free of charge for private use — reception will arrange everything for you. The sauna needs a short heating-up time of about 15 minutes. Sauna towels are available free of charge at reception.

You'll find our current massage menu in your room. We'll be happy to take your booking at reception. Our masseuse will collect you shortly before your appointment in the spa waiting area by the white door next to the indoor pool.

In your room you'll find a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. You can borrow a steam sterilizer and a bottle warmer at reception for the duration of your stay. For the safe storage of your valuables, there's a safe with instructions in your room. If you need any help with it, our reception team will gladly assist you. Subject to availability, we're happy to lend you various items free of charge, including child carriers, strollers, prams, sledges, umbrellas and ice skates. Just ask at reception if you'd like to borrow something. For a digital baby monitor, we recommend free apps such as BabyCam for Android or Bibino for iPhone.

A new bedtime story is laid out for you at reception every day — feel free to take one.

With our Mobility Card, you can travel by bus from the stop in front of the hotel free of charge, in every direction. You can pick up your card at reception.

For bathrobes provided, a one-time deposit per stay is added to your room account: • Children's bathrobe: EUR 30.00 • Adult bathrobe: EUR 50.00 When you return the bathrobes and room cards, the deposit is of course deducted again from your final bill. Please don't keep your room card together with your mobile phone or other electronic devices, as this can affect how it works. Especially if you're coming back to the hotel later in the evening, we recommend testing the card beforehand. If a room card is lost, we charge EUR 1.90 per card.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. For payments with American Express, a 4% surcharge is added to the total amount. Cash withdrawals at reception are possible up to a maximum of EUR 100.00; for this we charge a 3% surcharge.

So that everyone feels at home, we kindly ask you to be especially considerate of other guests in the hallways and public areas between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Thank you so much for your understanding. Smoking is permitted on the balcony as well as on the restaurant and bar terrace. Our service team will happily provide you with an ashtray.
